The wedding booking season for next year has started. Next years brides generally start surfing the web for their wedding photographer in October the year previous. Often in their lunch hour on their companies computer!

It is unlikely that any bride spending £1000 or more on wedding photography does not visit the Confetti.co.uk web site: It receives more than 8 million unique visitors per year. If you search suppliers on their site, and click wedding photographers, then your town or city, you will find Barrett and Coe comes top or very near the top. Hence the equiries are starting to arrive in some volume. This national advertising, which is further backed by a presence in wedding mags. produces wedding enquiries from all over the UK.

In areas where we do not have a franchisee we will pass on some of these leads to students who have achieved a good grade on our courses. So, not only will we teach you everything about wedding photography, but also give you leads to start your wedding business after the course!

The real season for bookings is January/February when about two thirds of brides actually book their wedding photographer for the summer. Not a good time to be on holiday !

Remember brides buy from people they like…..it is not just the quality of photography, although of course that plays a part. Do not pressure sell. Even suggest that they go and see other competitors….yes, you should feel that confident. And lastly, never, ever, cut your prices. This implies you are not worth what your price list says and undermines your integrity.
