The SWPP convention, whilst being extremely hard work, maintained its position as the exhibition to be at, rather than Focus. Such a diverse attendance from the past, present and future. All the different spheres of photography were represented.

For example I had a long an interesting chat with Max Warwick, who few will know today, but back in the 60’s and 70’s was easily the best wedding and portrait photographer in the UK, and also created the the first and best pro lab. One of today’s best, David Macdonald, is shown on the Friday when we had to turn some away because the room was already full.

On the same day we held a well attended franchise meeting at which Alex from Activity Superstore emphasised how pleased AS are to work with B and C as an exclusive partner. In the evening many stayed on for a fun dinner at Latimers also shown above.

Following the the exhibition only 3 places out of 40 are left for the four courses starting at the end of January. Special thanks to Marisa Taylor and Ian Wilson for helping out on the stand.
