The key for any portrait/wedding studio is getting bookings! You can’t make sales until you have customers. To this end we have made 2242 portrait appointments in the first three months of 2012. This is a massive increase on the bookings that were made in 2011. Projecting the same increase forward for the rest of the year gives a figure of over 10,000 appointments! Interestingly the average order value is more than last year so unless the recession gets worse we are looking forward to an exciting few months. Quite a few wedding bookings come from this volume of portrait sittings so there is a double effect.
