The Customer Experience is everything.

Every small detail is important to ensure that the customer is made to feel comfortable and approach with integrity and sincerity. The ‘Hard Sell’ is not the Barrett & Coe way either in our training courses or in our franchised studios. We believe the product (our images) will sell themselves and that part of the process to help the customer choose the best presentation for their individual house.
