What happens next?
Your transaction has been completed, and a receipt for your purchase has been emailed to you via PayPal.
Please log in to your account at PayPal to view details of your transaction.
Your Experience voucher will be posted via Royal Mail within the next 7 WORKING DAYS.
Once received, please call our bookings team on 03300 101851* to register your voucher and arrange a suitable time and date for your photography experience to take place.
All experiences are valid for SIX MONTHS from date of purchase.

When can we attend?
This experience is available Monday to Sunday dependent on the studio, throughout the year. Please allow 1 to 1½ hours, depending on how many are attending.
Who can I bring along?
Pretty much anyone can come! This can include family pets, aunts, uncles, spouses, grandparents, it’s really up to you! We take a range of portraits during the session, including your entire family and individual couples/families. There is no minimum age, but under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult.
Where are you based?
We have studios located across the UK. Where we do not have a Barrett & Coe studio, we work with a network of Approved and Recommended photographers.
What products are available?
We offer a range of exclusive, hand-finished wall art, as well as matching ranges of shelf products.
We will run through our product range after your session and you will be given a price guide to consider your options. There is no obligation to purchase but if you decide to, then you can use the value of your complimentary portrait as studio credit!
